Title

• A name for your case study. The title will be used to name the wiki page.

Author(s)

• The names of the people and organisations involved in this case study and their roles.

Abstract

• A couple of sentences introducing the case study, briefly describing what it covers. Draw out the highlights of the case study, such as key achievements.

Status

• What is the current state of the case study.

Objectives

• A description of the problem being addressed.
• What inspired or drove the work/project? What were the drivers for change?
• Provide the context for the work/project covered by this case study. Include relevant key facts about the organisation with brief details of any others involved, such as strategic partners.
• Purpose: what was your organisation trying to achieve?
• What benefits was the organisation trying to realise?
• A description of the expected long and short-term goals of the project.

Approach

• Provide brief details of project scope and timescale.
• Provide brief details about how the case study is managed.
• Provide brief details why this approach was adopted.

Conclusions

• What was achieved?
• Benefits that have already been realised.
• Summarise any problems experienced.
• How did you overcome/deal with them?
• What would you do differently next time?
• Lessons learned (particularly those relevant to a wider audience).
• Future plans.
